@Taylorbird If you are still having trouble updating your tracker's firmware, I would recommend:
2. Rebooting your iOS device.
3. Try to update your tracker using your mobile device.
4. If for some reason updating with your iOS device is ineffective, try updating with a different mobile device or a computer.
Let me know if this helps you out!

@vectramanvxr2 Just a heads up, I've merged your post into this thread.
I'd recommend the steps in my post above if you haven't already tried them, they should help you out.
Let me know if you need any additional assistance!
I've tried the above, but the same thing is still happening to me I tried using the Mac software to update it, but the software never loads.

@mshebel @Asik25 @AshleyHerndon Thanks for trying the troubleshoots mentioned above. I'm going to add one more suggestion to that list above that should help. Please try:
2. Rebooting your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Try to update your tracker using your mobile device.
5. If for some reason updating with your iOS device is ineffective, try updating with a different mobile device or a computer.
Sometimes something as small as toggling your iOS device's Bluetooth on/off has a huge effect on firmware updates. Let me know if this helps.

Best AnswerFOUND WHAT WORKED FOR ME! I tried all the steps outlined above except doing it via the computer (don't know where the dongle is) but what worked for me is to delete the app from my iPhone and then re-adding it. Then when I clicked on the pink bar (after logging in) it finally went into the update screen and completed the update. YAY. This has been FRUSTRATING and I almost tossed this **ahem** thing in the trash.
This worked for me too! Thanks so much it was getting really frustrating especially since I lost my dongle thing!
Best AnswerMy app on my iPhone wouldn’t update for over a week, I manually powered it off and back on and it updated.
