The app is tellling me I am at my max for challenges, even though I was only at 5 this morning. A friend sent me a new challenge that I was able to accept this afternoon. I had tried to shut my phone down and then back on. I have logged out of the app and then back in. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. But nothing is working?

Let me help you with your Challenges and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Also please avoid uninstalling the app as this isn't recommended. Still I would like to repeat some of the troubleshoots you did but do them as follows:
- Log out from the app
- Restart your phone
- Log back in
Also try viewing your data on a different phone.
