After my update I can’t change my clock face what do I do I’ve tried syncing the phone set to watch down start it back up nothing works

I see you’re having difficulty charging your clock face. I’ve merged your two post together. Cross posting can cause confusion. Have you tried charging it through the online Dashboard? Here’s how:
go to your online Dashboard
tap the gear :gear: wheel on the upper right corner
tap your Fitbit name in the drop down menu
Find clock display in the list on the right side of your screen
pick which clock you want
now Sync to activate your choice

Look to the top right of your screen and you will see the Fitbit Store button in bright red just above your profile picture. Look just left of the Store button and you will see “Dashboard”....tap that. Once the page loads you will see the gear :gear: wheel in the upper right corner

@S-T, thanks for taking the time to try the steps posted by our friend and to continue working on this, may I know the model of your Fitbit device? I'm asking this as your Fitbit's settings may vary depending on the model. In case you're unable to change the clock face through the online dashboard at fitbit.com, please try the following steps:
Please reply back if you get an error message or if your watch is unable to sync, so I can continue working on this with you.

I have the ionic, I’m still having trouble with my clock faces , this all started with this new update!! I am really disappointed, this is my 2nd ionic 😡

When I’m changing clock faces , it doesn’t matter if it’s Fitbit or a third party. Here’s a 3rd party one I’m trying to install
