Do you have a resolution or work around to be able to clear all IOS Fitbit app notifications that are piling up on my iPhone -- more than a month's worth?

I gave up.   I can do without.   Ignoring the needs of loyal customers is not building a brand.    I can do better.

AGREED, so totally.

You may have to delete the app from the Apple cloud too.  If you delete the app from your phone then reload it will come from your cloud account, not Fitbit.

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great day. Smiley Happy

I understand your concern about the Notifications shown in the Fitbit app and that at this moment it's not possible to manually delete them from the app and that some of you might consider them spam. Please keep in mind that our team is aware of this situation and currently working on a proper and prompt solution.

Notifications shown and received will not clog nor crash your phone. Nevertheless, if you're concerned about the space taken by the Fitbit app and its notifications, you can check it by going to your phone Settings > General > Storage & Cloud Usage > Manage Store > Fitbit. In here you'll be able to see how much space the app takes under Documents & Data

Thanks for your patience and understanding; in the meantime, if there's anything else I can do for you, please don't hesitate to reply.

Thanks MarcoGFitbit, for the update. However, I was told the exact same thing last April: “that FB is aware and has someone working on it”. Can you please provide us all an update on an ETA for a fix to the Fitbit APP? Is fix for this even in a timeline for the FB app developers? Thank you kindly for your response.

At this moment I do not have an estimated time for when updates are released or information about the fixes, new features and improvements these updates contain. Please remember that once an update is released you can check the details of the update in this post

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can help you with, please don't hesitate to reply.

I understand.  I see no reason to continue participating in this discussion group.  I do not expect a resolution, as Fitbit appears to not be concerned with this.  I do not expect a resolution on this issue and believe the discussion group is not useful.  I will unsubscribe.

They are still coming - three a day!

Two years later, and this is still a thing. WTF?  Nice responsiveness, Fitbit.

thanks for email.  I complained so much that they blocked me from their
site.  I removed the app and purchased an Apple watch, I enjoy my Apple
Watch much more.  Do a google search for fit watches and you will find
many more on line from $6.00 up. The watches are very inexpensive, if
you lose or break one no problem Just buy another.    Good luck.

52 pages of upvotes for this suggestion - seems popular!  But weirdly, Fitbit closed the thread and just said the idea was "under consideration."

This has been a problem for me.  I have enjoyed the fitbit for years but
sadly, because of this problem, I , like thousands of other people we
had to abandon fitbit for other fitness watches.  If this problem is
fixed I would most likely come back to Fitbit.
thank you
