Unable to find device following iOS update

I updated to iPadOS 13.4 and the Fitbit app since has not been able to find device (mentioning this due to timing although it may not be the reason). I've reset the device and other on/off suggestions. Do I try removing the device and then re-pairing? I'm nervous, once removed, it will then be lost forever ...

Hi @LouDJ You are right to be nervous about removing the device from your account! Try THIS Help Article on syncing problems. If nothing there helps then contact Support.

Thanks @NellyG  - much appreciated. I've tried the things in the article and so it looks like Fitbit Support are the next port of call. Cheers

Just updated my iphone and ipad with ios13.4. Afterwards none of them were able to sync with my Charge2. I did reset the Charge2 as described in the support pages w/o success....

Pls let us know if support provided any fixes - guess we’ll have to wait for a new version of the. app..... which may be delayed given current situation....

Same issue with Alta HR, I am about to give up on Apple as their updates also tend to cause issues with some of my other apps which rely on Bluetooth
