Unable to get text Notifications on Charge 3.

No matter what I do I cannot get txt msgs from my iPhone. Any other suggestions ?  Totally frustrated

Mine does sometimes and sometimes it does not. Very frustrating as I have not changed any settings

@Bb32137 and @Chris-2311, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know you've already tried the troubleshooting steps listed on the articles kindly provided by @Rich_Laue. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure the following is enabled:

 

  • Allow Notifications
  • Alerts: Lock Screen / Notifications Center / Banners
  • Banner Style as Temporary
  • Alert Tone as any other than "None"
  • Show Previews as Always. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
