I have noticed recently that my iPad is showing a flat Blaze battery although it is full and my iPhone confirms this. The iPad dashboard has not been updated for the past 7 days but the current day (i.e. today) has updated. Windows and iPhone dashboards have fully updated. I shut down both the iPad and Blaze and restarted, with no improvement. The iPad tries to sync but stops halfway and the time on the Blaze has not updated. Strangely the heart monitor is registering. Any suggestions and ideas will be gratefully received.

Hello @Dautres, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to ask you to log out from the Fitbit app in your iPad, then log back in. Now, when you try to sync, make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is turned off and that there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere.
If you have set up Notifications on your iPhone, a Bluetooth link has been established between your Blaze and your phone, which means your iPad will have trouble syncing if your phone is nearby.
I hope this can be hepful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
