Can’t seem to install Spotify on my versa 2. Any reason for this? My app seems to be updated.

Hi @lb.suarez. Welcome to the Community.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and keeping the Fitbit app updated. Before anything else, let me explain that your Versa 2 needs to be connected to your Wi-Fi and plugged into the charging cable while installing this or any other app. Take in mind that up to 39 apps can be installed on your watch at a time.
That being said, I'd recommend the following steps:
- Forget your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
- Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- Plug your watch into the charger. Then, tap your profile picture > Versa 2 image > Wi-Fi settings to make sure it's connected to your network.
- Try installing the Spotify app one more time and let me know how it goes.
Hope this helps.
