Can’t seem to install Spotify on my versa 2. Any reason for this? My app seems to be updated.

Hi @lb.suarez. Welcome to the Community.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and keeping the Fitbit app updated. Before anything else, let me explain that your Versa 2 needs to be connected to your Wi-Fi and plugged into the charging cable while installing this or any other app. Take in mind that up to 39 apps can be installed on your watch at a time.

That being said, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Forget your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Plug your watch into the charger. Then, tap your profile picture > Versa 2 image > Wi-Fi settings to make sure it's connected to your network.
  6. Try installing the Spotify app one more time and let me know how it goes.

Hope this helps.
