Unable to join 5 challenges

I have currently joined 4 challenges and when I go to join the fifth it gives me a "unable to join more than five challenges" error. I have logged out and logged back in and this did not solve it. Please help.

Hi,

I'm experiencing similar issue - currently I'm not in any challenge but when I try to create a new one or join one that was sent to me I get the same response back from my Fitbit saying I can only be in five challenges at a time even though I'm not in any at that moment. I tried to log out and log in and even delete the app and install it again but none of these helped to fix the problem. Please can you help? Thank you, Alena

I have tried all of the same things you have and nothing worked for me either.

It's been two months and the issue hasn't been fixed yet. Anyone has any better news? I keep trying to log in and log out, delete and install the app, everything I can think of but nothing works.
