i can see that my app has updated to the newest version today, 7/12/18.

this morning and throughout the day, i have been logging my foods as usual; however, once they log, they immediately disappear.

i haven't had any issues with my water or any custom foods that i've created on the app, nor have i had any issues while using the online version thru my laptop -- everything logged still shows up on the app on my iphone.

it just seems to be whenever i log foods thru the app that they show up, count for the day, then all the data from that entry is erased.

This has happened since I got my Fitbit two years ago. I log food from time to time. Every once in awhile it happens. Yet another Fitbit fail.

Not so, I’m afraid. I’ve updated the app and this is still happening. Even quick calories appear then vanish. They’re in the daily total, but not the log. Why don’t you just roll back to the version from 10 days ago?

Hello @edoze, thanks for joining the conversation, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have taken the time to let us know the latest app update (2.53.1) has not worked for you yet. We've received some reports of people that after updating the app they're still experiencing this issue; what has worked for them is uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please make sure to sync your tracker one last time before trying this process.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
