The app logged me out this morning and will not let me log in. Gives me an error. I tried restarting my phone. Deleting the app and re loading it and it still doesn’t work.

Best AnswerI'm seeing the same behavior on my Blaze as of this morning. Are you also seeing this error when you try to log in:
"Oops, something went wrong. Please try again.
The operation couldn't be completed. (NetworkbitKit.HTTPError error 1.)"
I came here looking to see if Fit's server was down or somesuch. Sounds like we need to put in support tickets.
Best AnswerI came here with the same issue.. hoping there would be a quick fix.. I have a Charge HR2.. do I need to submit a help ticket?
Best AnswerI got on the support chat with a rep and logged the issue with them, and pointed them to this thread. The reply I got back via email was that FitBit engineers are aware of the problem and working to resolve it, so that's good anyway.
Edit: Since the three of us each have different devices, I think we can go with the theory it's a more central problem, so at least it's not like our devices are at fault.

@SunsetRunner, @snyders, @Mama3G1B Thank you for your report on being unable to login and seeing Error 1. I'm sending your reports to our team. If possible can you share your OS version?
Also, if you are trying to log in via wifi, can you try to login via cellular data? Users who have seen this error in the past have reported this helped.

Best Answer@KateFitbit It started working again for me this morning, so I figured your engineers had fixed the problem.
