i have reset data and time on phone; deleted and re-installed the app; can log in on computer so i know password is and connection is ok? why is app not working after upgrade?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, are you getting an error message when trying to log in to your account or is the app crashing or loading for a long period of time? At this moment I would like to suggest you to update the Fitbit app to the latest version (2.53.1) and try to log in again. If you're still unable to, please let me know and if you're getting an error message, please take a screenshot and reply to me with it.
