I've been having problems with the app on my iPhone synching with my Charge2.  Did everything I read...restarted Charge2, restarted phone, etc.

i deleted the app and reinstalled it, but now I can't login on the app.  I can login fine online.  I get "forbidden" error message when I am trying to login or it just keeps searching.

Anyone elsr having app issues?

Hello @Ronienieva, it's great to have you on board, have a warm welcome to the Community. It's great to see you too @eggermac, I hope you're having a great day. Smiley Happy

@eggermac, Thanks for taking the time to update your post, I'm glad you're now able to log in to your account.

@Ronienieva, were you able to log in to your account after enabling the Set Automatically option on the date & time on your phone? If not, please let me know. However, if you were able to log in but your tracker is still not syncing correctly, I would like to suggest checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations, these have been very helpful for many members in the Community and I'm sure they will be helpful for you as well.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
