Unable to log information in the app

Today I suddenly was unable to add information in the app by using the + sign to add exercises, water, weight and everything else, or access any of the competitions I am taking part in. 
Tried to upload the newest iOS version 13.5.1 but it didn’t make a difference. 

Any idea on how to fix this?

I am sorry to hear you're unable to add information in the appThanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

If the issue persists, I recommend to uninstall and reinstall the app.

i tried a few things and a day later it started working as normal again.
