Is anyone having trouble logging on to the Fitbit App on your iPhone?

Welcome on board, @jmataa! It's nice to see a new face around.

Thanks for sharing that you're not able to log in and let's work on this together. Before anything else, do you remember since when this started to happen? Do you receive an error message? Have you also made sure to have the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?

In the meantime, please try to force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and log back into the Fitbit app.
