My Fitbit app won’t let me log in, keeps saying check email and password are correct, have checked my settings and all is ok. This is so frustrating. My iPhone is up to date with iOS. Can anyone help ?

@PKD321 Welcome to the Community.
I understand how frustrating this can be and thanks for every step tried prior to posting. While this shouldn't be happening, please give a try to the following steps:
- Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
- Force quit the Fitbit app as described here.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap Log In.
- Enter your email address and password one more time.
