I tried to sync my Fitbit this morning and it wouldn’t sync even after restarting my phone and the watch.
I decided to delete the app and reinstall and now I’m not able to login to the app at all. I just get a message saying “Oops, something went wrong”
If I select the Forgot Password option the app won’t send me an email to my email address but gives me a different error message instead “Failed to Send”
Can somebody please help with this?

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I'd like you to double check if you're able to log into the online Dashboard. In the meantime, Let's try the following:
- Clear the app cache
- Restart your phone one more time
- Try to log into the Fitbit app and make sure you're following these steps to reset your password.
