Hello @Grizzly269, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Have you restarted your tracker and your phone recently? If so, please I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Restart the Bluetooth on your phone by going  to your phone Settings > Bluetooth. Turn it off for 15 seconds, then turn it back on. Please make sure to restart it from the Settings and not from the Control Center as this will only disconnect you from the current Bluetooth device and will not restart Bluetooth itself.
  2. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.
  4. Try to set up your tracker once again.

Please remember that Fitbit trackers do not pair nor sync through the Bluetooth settings on your phone, they only do it through the Fitbit app. It's possible that your tracker will appear as Connected to the Bluetooth on your phone but this is only after setting Notifications or pairing it once the setup process has been completed.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

Hello @Mimfilip, thanks for joining the conversation, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

If you'd like to set up your tracker as a new device, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Now, about your second question, you can set up your phone as MobileTrack on the Fitbit app, is this what you're referring to? MobileTrack uses the sensors on your iPhone to sync with the app and show steps, distance and calories burned.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
