Unable to receive notifications on Versa 2

Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me.

my versa 2 is only 24 hours old, and I’m unable to get notifications through from my iPhone 8 - I’ve checked all the settings I can think of and everything is turned on - but nothing is coming through.

"Before you can receive notifications from your phone on your Fitbit device, it’s important that you carefully review and update your notifications settings on your iPhone. 

 

The required settings changed with the introduction of iOS 13. Please make sure you follow all the instructions in the quick tip section here.

 

If you still are having issues, please review: 

 

  • Make sure you've updated to iOS 13.3
  • Turn OFF and then back ON Share System Notifications (toggle OFF and ON)
  • Set Show Previews to Always or When Unlocked

If you still have issues we recommend reviewing the help article. "

I’ve updated to 13.7, every notification toggle I can find has been turned off and back on, but still no notifications.
Am I missing something?

From what I've read, it has to do with the Preview setting. You been toggling that one, @Doris1981 ?

It’s ok, I’ve solved it now.
It was some settings within the Fitbit app I hadn’t found before.
