Unable to set pool length

Hello,

When i set my pool length in my ios app, it will always be overwritten by the pool length setted in the fitbit website.

I have to log in to the web site and change it there

Why?

Fitbit : Flex 2

Phone : iphone 6

If the pool length is not being saved when you modify it in the Fitbit app, it's possible the app is not communicating correctly with our servers. In this case I would like to suggest the following before setting up your new pool length:

 

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and then swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Hello

The application communicates with your servers because when it synchronize, the length of the pool of the application is crushed by that which is on your servers !
