I was able to get my new Fitbit set up last night on my phone than notice it was not syncing or connecting to my Iphone 7 plus. I uninstalled device, app, and restarted phone and now i am not able to re-add it.

If your phone is not able to set up your Fitbit Alta HR, please try the following:

Nope this did not work. However doing a device reset using the charging cord and pushing the button worked. I am now working again

I have tried all of these fixes and they haven't work - my phone is an Iphone 7 - the difference I have is that when out of the house, my phone will find my Alter HR and update.
