My iPhone XR can’t find my Fitbit 2 on Bluetooth I’ve tried all suggestions to no avail

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. @Traceyjand, please keep in mind that your Charge 2 does not pair nor sync through the Bluetooth settings on your phone but through the Fitbit app. If you're having trouble setting up your device, please try the following steps:
@Pmfmct, if you're having trouble syncing, that explains why your Charge 2 is not receiving Notifications, would it be possible to let us know which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? This will be very helpful for us to check this further.

Best AnswerI have discovered that I need to do the below steps every day/2 days. The fitibit does show as a paired device until I do the steps below. It is very annoying and worked fine on my Iphone 7. Dec 15th I bought an Iphone XR and since then it never stays paired.
