Hello @MARHUF, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's nice to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Which iPad version are you currently using? Which iOS version is the iPad running? Have you updated the app recently? If so, please try the following:

  1. Restart your tracker and leave it plugged in and charging.
  2. Restart your iPad.
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your iPad for 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
  4. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around and that you have a strong Wi-Fi signal.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  6. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know how it goes. Smiley Wink
