After entering the four digits when setting up my device it just says connecting Fitbit but doesn't connect

I'm having the same problem and have restarted both devices with still no luck and have been unable to find an answer for this anywhere

Which tracker are you trying to pair? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so, I would suggest restarting your tracker and then plug it in, making sure it's charging before trying to set it up once again. Additionally I would like to suggest the following:

Hi, I have tried all of the above suggestions but still when I enter the pass ode it comes up as "error request fail: bad request (400)"
what at else can I do to pair it to my I phone 5.

Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? We have just released a new version of it and usually the error 400 is displayed when the app is out of date. Please go to the App Store on your phone, tap on the Updates tab and check if Fitbit is on this list. If it is, please update it and try to set up the tracker once again.
