Got my new Alta today and have tried several times to sync to my iPhone iOS 10.3.1 with no luck. I've turned off the Bluetooth and back on several times. I've deleted and reenstalled the app, still won't sync. About to give up and return the Fitbit. Help!

Hello @Melodielynn and @bunchai, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Have you restarted your trackers and your phone lately? Have you updated the Fitbit app? If so, I would like to suggest the following:
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone by going to Settings > Bluetooth, then wait for 15 seconds and turn it back on. (Do not turn it off/on from the Control Center)
- Restart your tracker once again, only this time leave it plugged in and charging.
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere with the setup process.
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.
Then, try to set up your tracker as a new device once again:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
I hope this can be helpful, give it a couple of tries and let me know the outcome.
