Hello! Yesterday I bought a new to me iphone. My Charge 3 I have had paired with a cheap android phone for months and was working ok (gps sometimes quit on long bike rides) but I didn't have any major problems. Ive been trying all evening yesterday and all morning today to pair my charge 3 with my iphone 6s. But it will not pair with my iphone or my ipad. I have read quite a bit on these forums and tried everything I've read. I made sure to unpair the charge from the Android phone. I reset the factory settings on the Charge. I tried turning them and the phone, the phones bluetooth on and off multiple times. I've deleted and reloaded the app multiple times, turned off wifi and tried to use just cellular (all of this on both my ipad and iphone) and nothing works. Neither device can see my fitbit. I decided to see if the bluetooth quit working altogether by re pairing it with the android phone that I am no longer using... and within seconds its paired back up and working fine. I did that twice! So its an issue with my iphone and fitbit not being able to see each other. Anyone have any advice for me?

Hi @HappyWifey thanks for bringing this to my attention, let me give you a hand with your setup concern and a warm welcome to our Community Forums!
Seems odd that your Charge 3 is connecting to your Android mobile device but not to our iOS devices, thanks for your patience and effort troubleshooting this prior posting. To better assist you, can you please let me know if your iOS mobile devices are up to date? If you haven't already done so, please check our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. This setup situation is usually experienced due to a missing requirement on the iOS devices, therefore, please review the informative information that is stated in the help article previously mentioned and keep me posted.
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.
