Unable to sync with iPhone 11

Has this been resolved.  My fitbit stopped syncing with my iphone 11 on December 6, 2019 at 6:47 pm.

Hi @Phyllis66. Welcome to the Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

 

Thanks for sharing that your Fitbit isn't longer syncing and let me help you out with this. Before anything else, may I know the model of your Fitbit? Also, have you made sure to have the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?

 

I'd recommend to try the following steps in the given order:

  1. Remove your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby. This is just for this process.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your Fitbit with the steps described in this help article.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Fitbit image > Sync now.
