My fitbit suddenly stopped being linked to my iphone 6; how do I relink it?

Hi @BasicBernie. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for letting me know that your Fitbit isn't longer syncing. Your iPhone 6 is a compatible device and to work on this together, may I know if you're seeing an error message? Also, is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?

Let's try reconnecting your Fitbit to the Fitbit app:

  1. Remove your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Restart your Fitbit.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Charge 3 > Sync Now.
  6. When prompted, accept the request to pair via Bluetooth.
