Just purchased my Versa and it won’t allow me to reply to messages. The message notification shows up on my Versa but the only option it gives me is to clear it no reply option.
has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm afraid the quick reply feature currently only works with android phones.

Please note that you can only reply to messages sent to you through the Fitbit app. meaning that Quick Replies work exclusively for the Fitbit app. It's not possible to reply to other apps or reply SMS using Quick Replies through the Fitbit app.
What that means is that if you receive a message in the Fitbit app, sent to you through the app or the online Dashboard, you will be able to reply to that specific message.
