I have quickly noticed that I am unable to use the barcode scanner to add my food in the app.Every time I scan something it flashes red and says it doesn’t recognise it.This is very frustrating.i have been informed by customer support it only works for United States customers ! This is simply ridiculous.This seriously needs to be looked into so all customers can use it within the app.

Hello @Misshappyjobo and a warm welcome. I think you got incorrect information from customer support. If you tap on your profile picture > scroll down to Advanced Settings > Food Database > there are 18 databases from which to choose. Where are you located?
I have scanned international food from within the US by changing the food database.
