My Fitbit was playing up last night. Randomly buzzing and the screen was jumping about all over the place, and now it’s dead and won’t respond or charge. Coincidentally my mum’s Fitbit is not responding and won’t turn on at all. Is FitBit down?!?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @DrPippaGibson - you don't mention what the devices are but it would seem to be device problems.
It may be able to resolve the issues if you post in the forums for your devices.

Hi @DrPippaGibson. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding those devices.
Although we do not know which devices we need to support, I ask you to take a look at the following articles:
If it is related to the battery: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Please, sync your device one more time: with your device nearby, open the Fitbit app and tap Today. Press and hold on the screen and pull down.
Now, please change the clock face as indicated in this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
In addition, restart your device as indicated in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
