After the latest update I get a warning saying: “This device does not support Bluetooth communication”
My Sense syncs Ok and I have no issues other than the annoying warning every time I open the app

I pull down on the app and it syncs and then I also use sync now from the settings.
Best Answer@AveryF it will automatically sync too, when there is activity to upload. So it's working ok for you now other than the bluetooth not supported message? Our Fitbits need bluetooth to act as a bridge to out smartphones to upload the data. It never directly links with bluetooth, unlike other devices. The main thing is it's getting your activity recognized so you can win your family challenge!

Hello @Sami12 and welcome to the Community. I am merging you post with the existing thread in the iOS forum. A moderator is involved in the discussion. It should be easier for you to keep up with any news. This seems to have appeared with the Fitbit app update to v 3.57.
An iPhone must be able to support iOS 13.4 or higher. Your iPhone 11 will be compatible for quite some time (probably years).

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
Using iPhone XR with Charge 3 same issue. I get the message but everything works fine.

Mine works fine too but very annoying popping up 😕
Moderator edit: format.
@SunsetRunner I did what @Clove6060 suggested and worked initially after resetting but the pop up is back again. 👎
Hi @Wanker89 saw today where both iOS and Android users have an app update - might be we all need to take advantage of it.
Best AnswerWell I just got the pop up like everyone else.
It has been a few days since the update.
Like Mitchellkivits said, everything seems to be working fine.
Best AnswerSame issues, I have a iPhone se (2nd gen) latest iOS and everything updated to lastest. Done done everything mentioned but still have same issues

Hi, everyone, thank you for sharing all these updates and screenshots about the error message that you're receiving when you open the app.
I've shared this information with the team and I just wanted to let you know that they're aware of this and will be releasing a fix with an upcoming app release. Thanks again for all your comments and feedback, they have been really helpful!
See you around.
Since the last update I get a window that pops up saying:
Bluetooth not supported
“This device does not support Bluetooth communication.”
Everything works though. What would cause this?
Charge 5. Latest IOS. 15.4.1

Hi @Stlouis1 you're not the only one. This is from a Fitbit Moderator:
