I had the error until I exited the app and rebooted my phone.

I’ve started getting an error message saying that “Bluetooth is unsupported, this devise does not support Bluetooth communication”. I’ve tried restarting my phone. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting to Bluetooth. When I go to iPhone settings it says Bluetooth is connected. My iOS is updated as is my app.

What is the work around in the mean time? When will the next update be released? This happens every single time I try to sync.

My fitbit sense constantly loses connection with my phone. The fitbit app says: this device does not support bluetooth. After synchronizing, the connection is back for a limited time. Does anyone know what is wrong?

I have to hit forget this device and set up new sense 5-6 times a day, everyday. I’ve only had this sense since January. I don’t get any notifications at all on my sense because the sense controls won’t stay connected.

Hi @Susanr63 - have you checked if battery saving is enabled on the phone which is stopping the Fitbit App or Bluetooth p running in background.
Sense controls won't stay connected as it is only used when necessary, for things like music controls or calls, the Sense Bluetooth entry is required for notifications and syncing.
A possible simpler workaround could be to
If necessary you might also need to remove the Sense Bluetooth entry first.
