Update 6/26/2018: Hi Everyone, I've merged a few threads together. Thanks for your iOS notification reports.
Based on customer feedback, we stopped showing notifications in the Notification Center. You can continue to receive these notifications as push notifications by turning on Push Notifications in the app under Account > Notifications. Additionally, ensure that Notifications is selected in your iPhone settings.

I’ve not liked the in-app changes, but none of the app notifications are working in anyway. I’ve checked all the boxes and followed all the suggestions and still nothing. It’s super frustrating. Good job fixing everything that wasn’t broke.

I spoke too soon. I received 2 notifications but then they stopped.

Still Not receiving notifications here either. I hope Fitbit realizes their solution isn’t working!! Just reinstate the old program— it worked.
@WoodyJohn, thank you for the info about persistent banners. I wasn’t aware-Great Tip! 👍

I have done all that you suggested and the notifications still don't come through. I hope Fitbit fixes this.

Read the thread and see that notifications are not displaying in-app since June 15, as I’ve experienced. All settings are on for push notifications, banners, and badges (always have been) but I still do not get anything anymore. Tried hard close/reboot, still nothing. Suggestions or thoughts? Bug fix? (iPhone 10)

So if Fitbit decided not to use the Notification Center anymore (which I disagree with), what is the point of keeping it in the app? Can you make an update to turn that button off? Seems like a waste of space.

hi! That is also the tab where we receive message notifications - which is, for the time being, still functioning properly. 😉
I hope Hope HOPE they are working to bring it back! As others have said- let those that don’t like it turn it off!! We miss those encouraging notifications!!!

none of those suggestions work. Evidently Fitbit decided to discontinue this service. Terrible decision on their part!
