Hello, I downloaded the new update for the flex. The dashboard isn't showing my steps or miles. I tried exiting the app and turning it back on. This hasn't helped. Please help!

I've been having the same problem for the past three days.  I've tried all the trouble shooting and even deleted everything and tried to re-add restart.  Does anyone have an answer?
