I have reset the device, reconnected to Bluetooth, turned the notification setting on and off in the Fitbit settings and the iPhone setting. Still not working, hoping to get this solved!

Thanks for sharing that your Versa 2 isn't receiving text notifications, as well for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried prior posting. You did a good job! Let me share that our team is aware of the notifications not working after updating to iOS 13 and they're working hard to bring a fix so you can take advantage of this feature. I understand how helpful this feature is for you and please know that your feedback will be taken into consideration to improve our products, services and overall environment.
