My Versa 2 has stopped receiving text and phone call notifications. I have uninstalled, and forgotten the device, switched the Bluetooth on and off and checked all notifications are enabled ( I have an iPhone11) I have also noticed that in the Fitbit app when clicking into my account it won’t let me select notifications? Any ideas please

Hi,
I have now resolved the issue by uninstalling/ reinstalling the app and completing a factory reset on the Versa2 - all working now and back to normal!
