Hi, @CoachChuck , sync problems are not unusual and often resolve themselves spontaneously, but I appreciate that it can be very frustrating! I find the easiest way to force a sync (when “sync now” in the app is not working) is to log out of the app and log back in again. Make sure you know your Fitbit account email and password.

Best AnswerIf you’re using a Google login in it may be a “feature” associated with that.
If that is the case you’ll probably have to wait until Google/Fitbit gets around to fixing it.
Anyway, are you synching over Wi-Fi? If so, try turning off your Wi-Fi and using your data. I know, this is incredibly annoying, but it might work.
