Hi  Updated phone with  IOS 15 and now versa lite will not receive text/messages notifications.  Calls are the only thing that show up on display.  Have did the usual unpairing, pair, switching off Bluetooth, restarts, allowing notifications  etc have I missed a new thing ... ?  tia

Hi there, @Pamela123.

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa Lite, you've done a great job with the steps. I understand how you're feeling about this situation and because the issue is only with the text message notifications, please verify the following settings:

  1. Remove your Versa Lite from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Go to your iPhone's settings and tap Notifications.
  3. Make sure Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked, and the Notification Center is selected for your preferred apps.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Try receiving text notifications one more time to text your watch.
