Fitbit Versa will not connect to my iPhone X when I start an exercise, even though my phone says its connected.
I've tried restarting my phone, removing the device from my phone bluetooth, restarting my fitbit, resetting my fitbit to factory settings and none of this works. Please help.

Hello @Username0828, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. 🙂
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Tell me, are you starting a GPS activity from your Versa? If so, keep in mind that you will need to open the Fitbit app on your phone before starting the exercise from the watch for the Versa to connect to the phone's GPS signal.
Now, if you have tried that already, go to your phone Settings > Fitbit and make sure "Bluetooth Sharing" is enabled and "Location" has been set up to "Always".
Give these steps a try and let us know the outcome.
