i just reasonably purchased my Fitbit Versa. The fitbit versa connects to iphone ios 13.1.2 just fine and it updated the time and date. However, Fitbit versa app cant find my Fitbit versa. I have uninstalled the app - restarted the iPhone- downloaded the app again. Fitbit app is still not finding my Fitbit versa. The Bluetooth on my iPhone showing it found the Fitbit versa.

I understand your Fitbit Versa is connected to your Bluetooth (showing correct time and date) but is not connecting to your Fitbit App. That is quite odd. The troubleshooting steps you have already performed are great! I would suggest restarting your Fitbit Versa to see if that resolves the issue. You will not lose any data doing this. Hello and thank you for your response- I did restarted my Fitbit versa and still cannot connect to Fitbit versa app. My iPhone 11 Pro Max connects to Fitbit versa and all software is up to date.

Can you try going to your Bluetooth and tap the small “i” and then tap forget device, then try syncing again through the Fitbit App.
After it syncs tap your profile picture, then scroll down to and tap Versa. Now scroll down and enable all day sync. Once you do that a pop up will appear. Tap “pair”

I did exactly as you said and my Fitbit Versa still does not connect to the Fitbit app, but my Fitbit Versa is connected to my iPhone Pro Max
