Hello,
my Fitbit Versa did sync yesterday morning, and since then not. What can I do to sync it? It shows steps and calories on ios app but nothing else (nor challenges) and on my computer doesn’t show anything since yesterday morning. What to do?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention, please note that if your challenges are not updating it might be because the Versa is having trouble syncing. Tell me, have you restarted your phone and your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen already? If so, I would like to suggest you to check the following steps:
