Versa isn't tracking steps

Why isn’t my versa tracking my steps. It skipped 3 days this week. I wear it constantly. It’s fully charged. It’s skipping days. Please help . Thx

Hi @ginaw55, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for my delayed response.

 

Thanks letting me know about your Versa, as well for making sure it's fully charged. Just to confirm, do you mean that the Versa shows zero for your steps and the rest of your information? Or is your Versa not syncing correctly with the Fitbit app? If you've not done so, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Verify that your Fitbit device and Fitbit app are updated to the latest version.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Versa.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and try syncing your information.
