My versa no longer receives text messages sent to my iPhone. It did a few months ago, now it doesn’t. In the app settings it is set to sync. Why doesn’t it work anymore?

Hi @Gerilyn, welcome to the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

 

Thanks for letting me know that your Versa isn't receiving notifications despite being able to sync. Just to confirm, may I know the iOS version running on your iPhone? I'm asking this as our team is aware that the notifications aren't working for our members who updated their phones to iOS 13. To work on this matter, let me suggest to check this thread and carefully follow the tips described there which have worked for others. In there you'll also receive future updates about this matter.
