Versa not syncing with my phone.

The all day tab is on. I followed all steps to receive notifications but it works for like an hour then it doesn’t work. Any help in what to do or how to prevent it?

Me, too. Doing a hard restart of the Versa seems to take care of it, but it seems to me I shouldn't have to do a restart every day?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.

 

If your Versa is having trouble keeping connection with your phone, I would like to suggest you to go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, go back to the Fitbit app and enable Notifications or All-day Sync. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.
