I just got my Fitbit versa today! I’m trying to connect with my iphone8 and it’s not connecting with Bluetooth. It’s not even recognizing the watch. Disappointed.

I'm trying to connect my Versa with my Apple Airpods. It searches and tells me there are no devices found. Also the Versa doesn't seem to want to stay connected to my wi-fi network. I followed the instructions at the top of this thread and it did not help. This is very frustrating and I'm starting to think I should have spent the money on an Apple Watch.

My iPhone 8 Plus won’t pair to my Fitbit versa it was workin fine til yesterday I noticed that the time was 20mins off and I restarted the app an watch now the Fitbit won’t pair to my blue tooth or app an stuck on “download app” but it shows that it Synces!! But won’t do anything what a disappointment for what I paid 230$. An can’t use the watch..
also I think that what we pay for the Fitbit versa it should have the calling on it like the iTouch watch does. Which that’s the only thing I like about that one but Fitbit would Be perfect had that option iTouch is 60$ watch that has it why can’t versa ??? I think it’ should be added
