Versa won’t get texts

Updated my iPhone XR.  Now my versa gets FB messenger alerts and call alerts but no text alerts.  Is there a way to fix this I’ve tried everything I could think of.  Please help

Have you looked at the pinned post at the top of this board which starts with "Required settings changed for notifications in iOS..."?

 

If you are receiving call alerts and and such, it it most unlikely it is a pairing issue as it is with many of us, but simply a setting issue.

Hi

my name is Sandy and my Fitbit versa special edition did receive calls, texts when I first got it but now it does not get any of these. I to have tried everything and am very very frustrated please can someone help me?.
