Weekly Calorie Deficit - iOS App

Hi there,

I've been trying to find out where on the iOS app (if anywhere) you can see your current Weekly Calorie Deficit.  I know that you can view it on the Dashboard when logging in through a browser but I'd like to be able to see where I am via the app.

Does anyone know of a way to get this information?

Many thanks

Hi @kat_scotty,

If you click the calories burned tile on your iOS dashboard, you should see a weekly total for your calories burned.

Hope this helps you out!

Hi Derrick,

Thanks for the reply.

I was hoping for an actual deficit total rather than a calories burned total. The calories burned will fluctuate quite a bit depending on what exercise I have done that week.

If I could see the deficit I could make sure that everything is on track for the week. Some days you go under your calorie target and some over so just a view of where you are in total for the week would be really useful 🙂

Is there anything like that on the app?

I've also been looking for an easier way to work out my weekly calorie deficit as I go. Is there any way this can be included in the app?

thanks ☺️

I agree that a weekly deficit is much more useful data when trying to lose weight. To lose a lb a week people need to be in a 3500 calorie deficit zone. It would be a great feature to showcase such relevant data.

Hiya,

I too would prefer to see a weekly calorie deficit on the iOS app as well as the dashboard. Guessing not yet available 😞
