Weight is incorrect on dashboard

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My weight that I enter into the Fitbit app is displaying differently and incorrectly on the dashboard to what I have entered. This only seems to be since the update. Why is it with Fitbit that updates seem to cause as many issues as they fix?!

@Karenpvfc It's great to see you around. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I appreciate that you mentioned it's happening after the update. I would like you to log out from your online Dashboard and clear cookies and cache. After this, please log back in and check if your weight shows properly.

P.S. I've moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic.

Keep me posted.

Thanks for getting back @Karenpvfc. I've moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic.

Sorry for the confusion. In this case, I would like you to log out from the app and log back in. If your weight is still showing incorrectly, please provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing.

Keep me posted.

Ditto. I input my weight as 10st 14lbs but it's appearing on the dashboard as 10st and 13.9lbs. Why?

I've done all the usual things. Deleted the entry and started again, edited the entry, shut down app and reopened it, restarted phone, deleted app and re-added it. I even tried entering the data on the website. Nothing works.

Same issue for me. On the weight section of the app it shows 15st 8lb but on the dashboard it's 15st 7.9lb. yet when you enter it you can only enter whole lbs!

Apparently,  the reason they have given me is the versa has not been made compatible with my new samsung s20 yet

@Swyatt11 @Dingledoodie @mdp74 -

The support answer is kinda weak and looks like another "grasping straws" answer.

I have a Versa 2 71.6.19 and iPhone 8 iOS 13.6 running app 3.30.

For quite a while now (even before the latest firmware update), if I enter my weight on the Versa 2, the weight doesn't propagate correctly to the app but does to the web dashboard.

Enter 182.2 pounds on the device, the app says 181.1 pounds and the web dashboard says 182.2 pounds.

So FitBit is playing fair 😉 with all of us, no matter which side of the pond we are on.

Welcome to the boards to all.
